Genetic Underpinnings and Causal Effects of Brain Structure and Function on Chronic Pain Intensity
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for chronic pain intensity (CPI) based on the UK Biobank cohort. The analysis included 134,627 white British ancestry participants and was performed using PLINK2 (GLM). Covariates in the model included age, age², sex, age×sex, age²×sex, genotype array, and the first 40 genetic principal components. The summary statistics provide SNP-level information, including chromosome, position, effect allele, non-effect allele, allele frequency, beta, standard error, P-value, and sample size. These data can be utilized for downstream applications such as polygenic risk scoring, genetic correlation analyses, and Mendelian randomization. The dataset is released in plain text, tab-delimited format, ensuring compatibility with commonly used GWAS analysis tools.
