资源简介:
The Lijiang pig is a local pig breed in Yunnan Province. This project aims to study the cellular composition and differences of the dorsal longus muscle in neonates of different body sizes of Lijiang pigs through single-cell transcriptome sequencing. The neonatal individuals of the three-head large-sized (LJLs) and three-head small-sized (LJSs) Lijiang pigs were selected, and their dorsal longest muscle tissues were collected respectively and mixed. The mixed samples were subjected to single-cell nuclear RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) on the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform to construct the cell atlas of the dorsal longus muscle, and to compare the differences in cell types and gene expressions related to muscle development in the neonatal period between the LJLs and LJSs populations.
