This dataset is built based on the 18 major light industry sector dimensions defined in the current *Light Industry Industry Classification Catalog*, taking the stages involved in the investment project approval process—including project planning, pre-proposal, feasibility study and project approval—as its progress dimensions, using the compliant deliverable modules of professional technical services involved in each stage as the core data basis. Through procedures such as process data collection, desensitization, cleaning and integration, it achieves the accumulation, integration and interconnection of data, thereby providing users with more compliant, convenient and efficient operational guidance for compiling various deliverable documents required for their relevant work.
