Advertised hotel and short-term rental prices in Germany during the UEFA EURO 2024

According to an April 2024 study, the average advertised prices of hotels in Germany during the 2024 UEFA European Championship were significantly higher than those of short-term rentals. Over the period considered, the average advertised price of hotels peaked at roughly 324 euros on June 18. Meanwhile, the average advertised price of short-term rentals reached its peak on June 16, at nearly 114 euros.
