The study aimed to determine the influences of teacher and peer support on the academic motivation of adolescents from divorced families, as well as the mediating role of academic resilience on the relationship between teacher support and peer support and the academic motivation of adolescents from divorced families. The sample consisted of 390 adolescents from seven public secondary schools in China. The participation of all students was completely voluntary. Consent was obtained prior to data collection. Questionnaires were employed to collect data. The PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data.
