Modelblocks - module powerplants: stable global powerplant datasets

A collection of openly available powerplant datasets used in the Modelblocks - powerplants module. Saved to this repository to enable reproducibility and data stability. Additionally, a test suite is included as an example of how to use the software.This file also includes a sample of the Wind Energy Market Intelligence database (WEMI), which can also be processed by the software.
