Genome-wide analysis of Pob3-FLAG enrichment during glucose starvation in fission yeast

In this study, we aim to investigate the genome-wide distribution of Pob3-FLAG protein under glucose starvation conditions in fission yeast (Schizosaccharomyces pombe). Pob3 is a subunit of the FACT (Facilitates Chromatin Transcription) complex, which plays an essential role in regulating chromatin dynamics and transcriptional processes. By analyzing the enrichment of Pob3-FLAG, we seek to uncover novel regulatory mechanisms and target genes associated with cellular adaptation to glucose deprivation in fission yeast.
