Widely-targeted UPLC-MS/MS metabolomics profiles of Moringa oleifera root, leaf and seed

This dataset provides processed widely-targeted UPLC-MS/MS (MRM) metabolomics data comparing root, leaf and seed tissues of Moringa oleifera. It includes the peak area matrix (3396 features across 9 samples and 3 pooled quality control samples), full metabolite and database annotation, pairwise differential statistics (Root vs Leaf, Root vs Seed, Leaf vs Seed), quality control metrics and analytical methods. The data support the study of bioactive constituents, antioxidant activity, antibacterial effects and bacterial membrane damage by extracts of the three tissues. Raw instrument files were not provided under the commercial service agreement and are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request. Files are under embargo until 27 September 2027.
