Lab Number 2, Quadrat Data Recordings In Danby Woods at York University

The group consisting of Martina, Jessie, Mark, Patrick, and David were supplied with a quadrat from the TA Taylor Noble. With this quadrat, the group went to the field to the south of Danby Woods at York University, and at random would put down the quadrat and make the following observations: Total Plants, Total Species, Percent Vegetation, and Percent Grass. They would repeat doing so, again placing the quadrat in a different random place in the field, for 7 trials. This experiment was done on Tuesday, September 23rd, from around 2:45-3:15 pm.
