In this experiment, we analyzed the gene expression profiles of SPOP mutant (F133V)-transduced (and vector control) RM-1-BM mouse prostate cancer cells and RAW264.7 macrophage cells in transwell coculture and monoculture in the context of olaparib (or vehicle) treatment by RNA sequencing.
