Reproducible pipeline, code, and supporting outputs for "Coral-Based Niño3.4 Reconstructions Are Sensitive to Predictor-Pathway Choice"

This record archives the custom Python code, processed outputs, figures, and tables supporting the study “Coral-Based Niño3.4 Reconstructions Are Sensitive to Predictor-Pathway Choice.” It includes the reproducible workflow used to screen tropical Pacific coral predictors, define validation-based predictor roles, generate benchmark and paired Niño3.4 reconstructions, and produce the manuscript and Supporting Information results. Original raw coral proxy records were obtained from the CoralHydro2k compilation and NOAA/WDS Paleoclimatology archive; this deposit focuses on the derived workflow and study-specific outputs.
