资源简介:
Explanatory notes for the data:
probability of entering the labyrinth = binary variable distinguishing whether the individual fish entered the labyrinth throughout the observation period
probability of entering the shelter = binary variable distinguishing whether the individual fish entered the shelter throughout the observation period
boldness = continuous variable describing the time in seconds when individual entered the labyrinth (in case that the individual did not enter it, full time, i.e. 600 s was assigned)
time in shelter = continuous variable expressed in seconds used as a measure of shelter occupancy
lateralization = class variable assigning whether the tested individual used the left or right arm of the labyrinth to reach the shelter
air breathing frequency = number of breathings during the 10-min intervals
interval = class variable taking values from 1 to 6
exploration = number of seconds needed to explore the whole maze (i.e. to get the contact with all antennas in the system)
habitat preference = number of detections within particular artificial channel sectors across the given time interval of one hour
activity = number of artificial channel sectors passed across the given time interval of one hour
light interval = distinguished whether the observations during the time interval occurred during the day or night
probability of eating a food item = binary variable distinguishing whether the individual fish eat a food item during a given time interval or not
phase = class variable describing the phase of the experiment related to the switch of food items
day = class variable assigning every day of the feeding adaptability experiment and reaching the values from 1 to 20
