Ideal banking model in France 2018-2023

French bank customers overwhelmingly prefer a hybrid banking model, with 80 percent of respondents favoring banks that offer both digital and in-branch services, according to a November 2023 survey. Traditional branch-only banking was preferred by 12 percent of respondents, while just eight percent favored digital-only banks.
