RNA-seq data on Botrytis treated Col-0, era1-2, snrk2.236 and lacs2.3 (Arabidopsis thaliana)

To address whether the ABA signaling regulates the Botrytis sensitivity in cuticle permeable mutants, we carried out a RNA-seq with Col-0 and also three ABA- and cuticle- related mutants era1-2, lacs2.3 and snrk2.336. With the comparison of their transcriptional data, we aim to exclude the effects of the ABA sensitivity and to identify the Botrytis-specific gene sets.
