Identification and characterisation of brown planthopper genome biotypes using Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS)

The goal is to compare genomic information on four local BPH biotypes, including comparisons with the available brown planthopper genome in the public database (non-local brown planthopper). Gene comparison will focus on important genes related to adaptation to rice varieties in each biotype.
