资源简介:
Background: Cognitive dysfunction induced by disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism has become an important health threat in the context of global aging. The imbalance of the "gut-liver-brain axis" has been confirmed to be one of its core pathogenic mechanisms. Lactobacillus paracasei, as a safe intestinal probiotic, has shown metabolic regulatory potential, but the specific pathway by which it improves cognitive function through the gut-liver-brain axis remains unclear. Objective: To clarify the molecular mechanism by which Lactobacillus paracasei HHLP58 improves cognitive dysfunction by regulating glucose and lipid metabolism, and to provide a novel non-pharmaceutical intervention strategy for metabolic cognitive impairment.
