alkanesR: Calculations of n-alkanes and their related proxies

"alkanesR" is a R package for calculating n-alkanes and their related proxies. This dataset includes the source file of the package and a brief user guide. Please see our associated article for detailed informations.

The software includes 4 functions including CPI, subtaction, bio_proxies, anthro_proxies, and 1 demo data (alkanes_demo_data). Please see help document for details.

You can download the software to your computer. The package need to be installed mannually. In RStudio, You need to select "Tools"->"Install Packages..."->"Install from"->"Package Archive File".
