Mortality from alcoholic cardiomyopathy

This data set contains country-level data on mortality from cardiovascular diseases, including cardiomyopathy and alcoholic cardiomyopathy. The variable 'who' refers to the registered number of deaths (obtained from WHO mortality data base), whereas the variable 'gbd' refers to estimates from the GBD 2017 study. The data set also contains estimates of mortality rates per 100,000 adults, using population data from the UN Population Prospects (2017 Revision).
