FedSalary is an open global federal government salary database containing salary tables for 17 countries, sourced from each countrys official compensation publisher (e.g., OPM, TBS, Jinjiin, BBesG). The dataset provides CSV and JSON files for each country, including country code, country name, currency code, grade code, grade description, step, annual base salary, verification timestamp, and source URL. The dataset is updated annually via an automated fetch-and-validate pipeline and is suitable for tabular classification and regression tasks. Released under the CC-BY 4.0 license, it allows free use and redistribution with attribution required.
