实时监测京杭大运河塘栖古镇区段的温度、湿度和风速数据，经过算法加工得到人体舒适度指数数据（简写：CIHB）。CIHB是根据人体与大气环境之间的热交换而制定的指标，属于康养旅游气候资源数据。京杭大运河塘栖古镇CIHB数据，可用于京杭大运河文化旅游建设，为人们的日常旅游出行、景区文旅活动规划、政府开展环境宜居度评估等提供有效数据支撑。（1）数据采集：通过在线设备，每分钟实时测量获取京杭大运河东湖姚家埭区段温度（简写：T，单位：°C）、湿度（简写：RH，单位：%）和风速（简写：V，单位：m/s）数据；
（2）数据处理：由测量所得T、RH和V，计算人体舒适度指数（简写：CIHB）:
CIHB=(1.8T+32)-0.55*[1-(RH/100)]*(1.8T-26)-3.2*V^(1/2)，根据CIHB的大小，可将处于该环境中的人体舒适度分为9级。CIHB＞85：炎热；85≥CIHB≥81:热；80≥CIHB≥76:暖；75≥CIHB≥71:温暖舒适；70≥CIHB≥61:舒适；60≥CIHB≥51:凉爽舒适；50≥CIHB≥41:凉；40≥CIHB≥20:冷：CIHB<20:寒冷。
（3）数据应用：根据CIHB数据大小，对人体舒适度进行分级，可用于京杭大运河文化旅游建设，为人们的日常旅游出行、景区文旅活动规划、环境宜居度评估等提供有效数据支撑。

Real-time monitoring of temperature, relative humidity and wind speed data in the Tangqi Ancient Town section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is conducted, and human comfort index data (abbreviated as CIHB) is derived via algorithmic processing. CIHB is an index formulated based on the heat exchange between the human body and the atmospheric environment, belonging to the climate resource data for health and wellness tourism. The CIHB data of the Tangqi Ancient Town section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal can be applied to the cultural and tourism development of the Grand Canal, providing effective data support for people's daily travel, scenic spot cultural and tourism activity planning, government environmental livability assessment and other scenarios.

(1) Data Collection: Temperature (abbreviated as T, unit: °C), relative humidity (abbreviated as RH, unit: %) and wind speed (abbreviated as V, unit: m/s) in the Yaojiadai section of Donghu Lake (within Tangqi Ancient Town) of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal are collected in real time every minute via online monitoring devices.

(2) Data Processing: The human comfort index (abbreviated as CIHB) is calculated from the measured T, RH and V using the following formula:
CIHB = (1.8T + 32) - 0.55 × [1 - (RH/100)] × (1.8T - 26) - 3.2 × V^(1/2)
Based on the value of CIHB, the human comfort level in this environment can be divided into 9 grades:
- CIHB > 85: Sweltering
- 85 ≥ CIHB ≥ 81: Hot
- 80 ≥ CIHB ≥ 76: Warm
- 75 ≥ CIHB ≥ 71: Pleasant Warmth
- 70 ≥ CIHB ≥ 61: Comfortable
- 60 ≥ CIHB ≥ 51: Cool Comfort
- 50 ≥ CIHB ≥ 41: Cool
- 40 ≥ CIHB ≥ 20: Cold
- CIHB < 20: Extremely Cold

(3) Data Application: Classify the human comfort level according to the value of CIHB data, which can be used for the cultural and tourism construction of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, providing effective data support for people's daily travel, scenic spot cultural and tourism activity planning, environmental livability assessment and other related work.
