Genome-wide repetitive element expression associated with the tumor suppressor gene p53

Using newly created RNA-seq data and previously published data the DE RE expression patterns were investigated for patterns in expression. Eighteen samples of IMR90 derived total RNA. These samples include 2 none-treatment control, 8 DMSO control 2 associated with each time point and drug treatment, 6 5-FU treatments 2 for 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours, and 2 Nutlin at 6 hours.
