The goal was to investigate the effect of cryopreservation on NK cells. NK cells were sequenced before cryopreservation, 24 and 72 hours after thawing. please see paper titled (Pretreatment With Interleukins 15 and 18 Rescues Natural Killer Cells from Granzyme B-Mediated Apoptosis After Cryopreservation).
