Trajectory files for: the eight replicas that were launched from different starting orientations of the C-terminal domain with respect to the nucleosome core particle. (complex_dry.prmtop and poseXX_dry.dcd) the three replicas with H3K27ac (H3K27ac.prmtop and H3K27ac_MDX.dcd) 1 frame = 1 ns, water and ions were removed.
