The Epigenome-Wide Association Study Atlas (EWAS) Atlas is a curated knowledgebase of EWAS data. EWAS Atlas focuses on DNA methylation and provides a trait enrichment analysis tool, which is capable of profiling trait-trait and trait-epigenome relationships. Incorporation of more epigenetic markers is planned.
表观全基因组关联研究图谱（Epigenome-Wide Association Study Atlas，以下简称EWAS Atlas）是一个经人工整理甄选的EWAS数据知识库。EWAS Atlas以DNA甲基化（DNA methylation）为核心研究内容，同时提供性状富集分析工具，该工具可分析性状间以及性状与表观基因组间的关联关系。后续计划纳入更多表观遗传标记（epigenetic markers）。
