PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave transmission path obstacle verification device in which an obstacle invading a Fresnel zone can easily be selected， and the time when the obstacle invades the Fresnel zone can be estimated with high accuracy when the obstacle is a tree， and provide a radio wave transmission path obstacle verification method using the same. SOLUTION: A radio wave transmission path obstacle verification device 1 includes: measuring means 2 for measuring a geometrical arrangement G 0 of a target obstacle 52a; a control unit communicatively connected with the measuring means 2; a display unit communicatively connected with the control unit; an imaging unit for imaging an image of a space including the target obstacle 52a， and displaying it to the display unit 4; and a memory unit communicatively connected with the control unit 3， and storing a known geometrical arrangement Gf of the Fresnel zone F formed between communication antennas.
