A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the forest ecosystem at Baotianman Station from 2017 to 2020

The dataset is the flux observation data of Baotianman forest ecosystem from 2017 to 2020. The raw data collection site is located in Pingfang Forest Area of Baotianman Forest Ecosystem National Field Scientific Observation and Research Station in Henan Province. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing specifications, the raw observation data acquired by the eddy covariance system were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the annual data includes 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
