Table 1 shows spread of sleep behavior. Results for logistic regression of ego sleep behavior at Wave II (1 =  sleeps ≤7 hours, 0 =  sleeps >7 hours) on Wave I covariates is shown in first three columns. Results for ordinary least squares regression of ego sleep behavior at Wave II (dependent variable is total hours slept) on Wave I covariates is shown in second three columns. The results suggest that poor sleep behaviors may be more likely to spread than good sleep behaviors.
