Slovak Smart City Index 2019–2024 — pillar-level panel, granularity disclosure and computation code

The first and only smart city index of Slovak municipalities (all municipalities above 3,000 inhabitants; 227–253 units per wave, 2019–2024). Methodology follows the European Smart Cities framework (Giffinger et al., TU Wien): 6 dimensions → 31 factors → 76 indicators, z-score standardisation. The package contains: (1) the pillar-level panel — six dimension z-scores, overall score and national rank per municipality and wave (2024 wave provisional); (2) the Granularity Disclosure dataset — locality of measurement L, regional/national weight shares and full vs. local-only ranks per municipality (see the proposed standard at https://granularity.inteligentnemesta.sk); (3) Python computation code (extraction, weighting with entropy/PCA sensitivity analysis, locality decomposition, maps); (4) district-level choropleth maps (300 dpi).
