16s rRNA and ITS Amplicon Metagenomics of Soil and Natural Farming Input Samples of Wheat Experiment

The 16S rRNA and ITS amplicon metagenomics analyses were conducted on soil and natural farming input samples collected from a wheat experiment comparing two agricultural systems: the Conventional/Chemical Farming System (CFS) and the Natural Farming System (NFS). Additionally, soil chemical properties, soil enzyme activities, and plant yield parameters were systematically studied. Correlation analyses were performed to explore relationships between the metagenomic data and the observed soil and plant parameters, providing insights into the impacts of different farming systems on soil health.
