NRS-3744 | Register of compensation orders (Workmen's Compensation Act) and disbursements [Bathurst District Court]

These registers of compensation orders and disbursements under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1916, and later acts, give the following information: number of plaint, name of person for whom the compensation is being paid, names of dependants, address, copy of order (which includes any subsequent variations), amount of compensation, name of bank, disbursements to claimant and remarks. An alphabetical index is provided at the front of most volumes which refers the name of the dependant to the relevant page number. The numbers of the plaints given correspond, in most cases, to the numbers of the matters in the Registers of proceedings under the Workmen's Compensation Act (1916). (7/113). 1 vol.
