Data for the paper "Computational modelling identifies key determinants of subregion-specific dopamine dynamics in the striatum", Ejdrup et. al, 2025. These are supporting files used to generate the figures 4 and Figure 2 - figure supplement 1. Note that the simulated data for the uniform distribution of dopamine transporters is not included due to a 50 GB limitation to the repository. Instead, this can be generated with the file "Figure 4-Fig 4 simulations-Source code.py" in the repository https://github.com/Gether-Lab/striatal-dopamine-model.
