Transcriptomic profiling of PANC-1 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells

This project contains RNA-seq data generated from three-dimensional (3D) spheroids derived from PANC-1 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) cells under control and experimental conditions. The dataset was generated to characterize transcriptomic changes in a human PDAC spheroid model and to support downstream analyses of biological processes, pathways, and transcriptional programs associated with the experimental conditions.
