THEORETICAL PERSPECTIVES ON PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF WOMEN WORKING IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

This article analyzes theoretical perspectives on the psychological characteristics of female educators working in preschool educational organizations (PEOs). The aim of the study is to systematically examine the professional, personal, and socio-psychological characteristics of women working in PEOs, based on foreign and domestic scientific literature. Descriptive and comparative analysis methods were employed. The theoretical analysis reveals that women working in PEOs possess high levels of empathy, patience, and nurturing qualities; however, they face challenges such as professional burnout, role conflict, and issues of social recognition. In the context of Uzbekistan, these challenges are further complicated by traditional gender role expectations. The article may serve as a theoretical foundation for developing programs aimed at strengthening the psychological well-being and professional development of women working in PEOs.
