We showed that DAV132 prevented antibiotic-associated dysbiosis in human volunteers treated with either ceftazidime-avibactam or piperacillin-tazobactam and preserved the ability of their feces to prevent the deleterious effect of antibiotic of the efficacy of ICI after transplantation in tumor-bearing mice.
