This is an open-source collection of annotated rulings by the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Authority (FAS) on violations of the Federal Law On Advertising. The dataset contains over 7,000 cases spanning 6 years (2019-2025) with detailed annotations of case details (the advertisement, advertiser, distribution channel), the nature of the violation, and the FASs arguments.
