This repository contains curated metadata, processed cohort-level transcriptomic results, pathway-analysis outputs, strict cross-species ortholog mapping tables, analysis scripts, figure-generation code, and supporting source data associated with the study. Public raw transcriptomic data are available from the accession numbers reported in the accompanying manuscript. No identifiable participant-level information is included.
