Research on the mechanisms underlying Arctium lappa L. polysaccharide-induced proliferation of epidermal stem cells

To elucidate the mechanism by which Arctium lappa L. polysaccharide (ALP) promotes epidermal stem cell (EpSC) proliferation, we performed RNA sequencing on EpSCs from mice that were treated with either 30 µg/mL ALP or a vehicle control for 48 hours. This approach provided a comprehensive view of the ALP-regulated transcriptome profile. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of episcs derived from mice treated with 30 µg/ml ALP or a vehicle control (0.06% DMSO) for 48 hours.
