This repository contains the computational components used to generate and analyze the high-resolution earthquake catalog of the 2010 Mw 8.8 Maule aftershock sequence described in Flores-Allende et al., (2026). It includes: • The Maule aftershock catalog in CSV format ('maule_aftershocks_bpmf_ds01.csv').• Python scripts for local-magnitude calibration and b-value analysis ('ml_params_estimator.py', 'b_values.py', 'spatial_b_value.py', 'gutenberg_richter.py), used in Flores-Allende et al., (2026).• Documentation of the end-to-end processing chain: BPMF, PhaseNet picking, BeamPower backprojection, NonLinLoc + SSST + waveform coherence relocation, SourceSpec Mw estimation, local-magnitude joint inversion, and b-value analysis. This deposit does not redistribute seismic waveforms or third-party software; instead, it provides references and DOIs to the original data centers (RESIF, IRIS, GEOFON) and the open-source tools used (BPMF, NonLinLoc, SourceSpec, b-values).
