Sequencing data information of Pseudomonas protegens M4 and Citrobacter braakii M34.

This is a data note on the draft of genome sequences of two bacterial strains, namely Pseudomonas protegens M4 and Citrobacter braakii M34, which were isolated from the sunflower endosphere. The two bacterial strains are potential drought-tolerant and plant growth promoters. The genomic insights of their genomes revealed the presence of functional genes and secondary metabolites of agricultural importance essential for sustainable sunflower production.
