资源简介:
Aiming at the problems of serious carbon and nitrogen loss during aerobic composting of swine manure and the lack of research on the optimization of the process conditions of swine manure-vegetable waste co-composting, the present study takes swine manure and lycopene vegetable wastes as the object of research, and investigates the effects of different process conditions on the aerobic composting process based on the main physicochemical parameters and carbon and nitrogen-containing gas emission through the selection of auxiliary materials and the optimization of the aeration strategy, and the optimization of the process conditions for the aerobic composting process. On the basis of this study, we further investigated the bacterial community structure succession in the compost pile under different process conditions through high-throughput sequencing technology, and assessed its influence on the basic indexes of the composting process, in order to provide a scientific basis for the precise control of composting process parameters, so as to realize the maximization of carbon sequestration and nitrogen retention, with a view to providing a scientific guidance for the optimization of composting process for the actual production and application scenarios.
