Intermediate files derived from the previously published Galveston Island electric power distribution network dataset (Darestani et al., 2022; DOI: 10.17603/DS2-J1FE-B390) and used to drive the power-recovery simulations in the companion paper by Amini et al. (2025). The collection includes edge and node shapefiles of the six-substation (G1–G6) radial-topology distribution graph after light post-processing (attribute unification, GUID assignment, tract join), a node-level CSV with per-pole properties used in fragility and restoration analyses (pole class, height, span length, soil class, substation identifier), and a CSV of Monte-Carlo samples of pole damage states used as test input for the power-recovery modeling stage. The underlying network comprises approximately 16,000 utility poles with overhead and underground distribution lines. These files support wood-pole fragility analysis under combined wind, surge, and wave loading, connectivity-based outage analysis via fault tracing to the nearest protective device, and crew-dispatch recovery modeling with PageRank-based component prioritization. When reusing these data, cite the authoritative published source (Darestani et al., 2022). All geometries are in WGS 1984 (EPSG:4326).
