TIG-手工焊-开放式采集--碳钢-合金钢焊丝-Ar

在在合肥工业大学的开放环境下对该工艺场景各环境负荷进行收集。采集工艺为TIG，采集条件为开放式采集，焊接材料为合金钢焊丝，母材为合金钢，采集了CO2、NOx、O3、PM2.5、PM10等物质，采集数据为原始采集，以实验稳定值作为最终结果。Environmental loads of the process scenario were collected under open environments at Hefei University of Technology. The collection was conducted via the TIG welding process with open-type collection conditions. The welding material was alloy steel welding wire, and the base material was alloy steel. Multiple substances including CO₂, NOₓ, O₃, PM2.5, and PM10 were collected. The acquired data were unprocessed original data, and experimentally stable values were taken as the final results.
