资源简介:
Intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) is one of the most common complications with high risk of adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes in preterm infants, and still lack of specific therapy against poor outcomes. The purpose of the study was to investigate in-depth for the mechanisms of ICH and the potential targets for therapy.A premature ICH model in postnatal day (PND) 5 rats was established by injecting with collagenase into the brain tissue. Immunochemistry and cerebral MRI were performed 6h, 24h, and 72h post ICH to assess the brain injury. Hematoma and surrounding tissue were collected 6h, 24h, and 72h after ICH for RNA sequencing.
