Human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) have been traditionally maintained in a primed state. In the context of the current study, we used a number of published or commercially available media to generated naïve-like hiPS cells from fibroblasts by different reprogramming strategies as well as convert primed hPSCs into a naïve-like state.
