资源简介:
Grapevine leafroll-associated virus (GLRaV) infections are accompanied by symptoms with varying severity. Data were collected from Cabernet franc grapevines with zero, one, or pairs of leafroll infection(s) and grafted to different rootstocks. RNA sequencing data were mapped to a high-quality Cabernet franc genome reference, which was sequenced and assembled to carry out this study. This study identified several molecular levers that participate in responses to GLRaVs, including those that are condition dependent. This work was funded by the Pierce’s Disease and Glassy-winged Sharpshooter Research Board of the California Department of Food and Agriculture (project 17-0417-000-SA). DC was partially supported by the Louis P. Martini Endowment in Viticulture. This dataset includes Cabernet Franc genomic sequences: Whole genome assembly Primary scaffolds Haplotigs Cabernet Franc feature annotations: Gene annotation Repeat annotation Cabernet Franc feature sequences: CDS sequences mRNA sequences Protein sequences RNA sequencing experiment data: Raw counts per library per gene Sample key
