We constructed a high-quality and reliable dataset that contains experimentally validated inorganic phosphors and their optical properties sourced from the literature on inorganic phosphors. Since the IPOP dataset ver 1.0 announcement on December 22, 2022, IPOP dataset ver 3.0 has been published through a continuous dataset update process. The updated details for the dataset are as follows.1. Data on papers cited less than ten times were deleted in the IPOP dataset.2. Additional data on Eu-doped phosphors have been added.3. The second and third maxima information for PLE data has been added.4. Alkali metals were treated as hosts rather than dopants.5. PLE detection energy was renamed to Monitoring energy.6. Duplicate data has been deleted.7. Inorganic Crystal Structure Database (ICSD) ID information has been added.8.
