Gene expression profile at single nucleus level of spinal cord after treatment of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)-releasing scaffold

To gain molecular insights into the ability of HGF-releasing scaffold to improve microenvironmental conditions, single-nucleus RNA-seq was conducted. Overall design: Spinal cord tissue from the lesion epicenter was collected 49 days after spinal cord injury (7 days after implantation of scaffold)
