Reconstructability audit of published prognostic signatures in hepatocellular carcinoma and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

Search results and formula extraction outcomes for 1,241 reports of prognostic genesignatures in hepatocellular carcinoma (981) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (260),published 2019 to 2026. For the 897 reports with full text, each record gives theextraction status: whether a risk score formula with at least two gene-coefficientpairs was recoverable from the text or tables (OK), whether a risk score was namedwithout coefficients (VAGUE), or whether no formula was present (NOFORMULA). Genesymbols and coefficients are included for all reconstructable signatures.
