收藏资源简介:
This Zenodo archive is the reproducibility package accompanying the manuscript "Two-decade rise of enterohaemorrhagic Escherichia coli infection in the Republic of Korea (2001–2024): trend, seasonality, paediatric burden and a southwestern provincial cluster" submitted to Annals of Epidemiology (Elsevier; American College of Epidemiology). The package bundles all input datasets, analytic Python scripts, derived sensitivity tables, manuscript figures, the graphical abstract and a sigungu-level animated choropleth (Supplementary Movie S1) needed to reproduce the analyses end-to-end. Source data- Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) notifiable-disease yearly aggregates, 2001–2024 (sigungu × sex × 8 age strata)- KOSIS resident-registration mid-year populations- Korean sigungu polygon boundaries (NGII) Methods reproduced by the bundled scripts- Hamed–Rao modified Mann–Kendall and Sen's slope (autocorrelation-corrected trend)- Negative-binomial GLM with log-population offset- Exhaustive 0–3 breakpoint search with BIC selection and parametric-bootstrap 95% CIs- Continuous wavelet transform (Morlet, ω₀ = 6) with 1,000-simulation AR(1) red-noise null and STL detrending- Global Moran's I with Queen + KNN-2 fallback and 12 weighting schemes for sensitivity, plus Empirical Bayes (Marshall, 1991) shrinkage of sigungu-level rates- Direct age standardisation to KSP-2005 and age-band-specific Mann–Kendall trend testing Contents- README.md, LICENSE, requirements.txt- data/ — sigungu yearly cases + populations + sigungu geojson- scripts/ — analytic Python files + Movie S1 + Graphical Abstract builders- tables/main/ — Table 2 of the manuscript (parametric-bootstrap breakpoint CI)- tables/supplementary/ — Supplementary Tables S1, S4, S6, S7, S8- figures/ — Figures 1–3 (TIF, CMYK, 300 dpi), Graphical Abstract (TIF), and Supplementary Movie S1 (MP4 + GIF) Ethics: The reanalysis uses only de-identified, publicly aggregated KDCA surveillance data.
