Bulk RNA sequencing analysis of WT and IL-10 knockout bone marrow derived macrophage (BMDMs)

The goal of this experiment was to identify differentially expressed genes in response to 24h TLR2 activation from BMDMs from WT (JAX 000664) or IL-10 KO ( JAX 002251) Overall design: Two biological replicates per group. Bone marrow was differentiated for 8 days with MCSF before 24h TLR2 activation with PamCSK4. Samples were harvested eith trizol and extracted with combination Trizol/RNAeasy kit for RNA isolation.
